RStechnology is not about experienced welders and fitters. The company employs also qualified electricians , automaticians and a computer programmer with a long experience.
Thanks to that we can activate devices which we produce, repair and modernize the already existing installations.
The electrical and automatical department of RStechnology company is built of workers with licences groups I and II SEP. After making every electrical installation the electrical measurements are made and the protocols are issued.
After receiving some information from the customers we are able to design a device which suits them fully.
In this department are made power-steering cabinets according to the customer’s project or they may be designed by us. The casings can be made out of stainless steel or powder painted steel. Mostly they are standing on pedestals and they are hung on walls or on a device ( a tank f.ex.) produced by a renown company Rittal. We often use casings produced by Schneider Electric or ETA. Responding to the expectations we use electrical parts made by renown companies as follows:
- frequency changers and softstarts: ABB, Danfoss, Siemens, Lenze or Schneider Electric
- contactors, motor switchers and transmitters: Moeller -Eaton, Siemens, Schneider Electric or ABB
- feeders, safety relays, Indicators :Schneider Electric, Siemens or Murr
- valve island: SMC, Festo or Metal
Of course power-steering cabinets are not the only sphere this department deals with.
As we previously mentioned we make complete devices so peripheral devices are not to be omitted.They are regulatory valves (Samson, GEA, Burkert), flowmeters (ABB, Endress+Hauser, Flowtronik), measures of level and temperature (Vega, Endress+Hauser, Seli, Aplisens), induction sensors (Turck, Sick) or weighting systems-tensometers (Siemens, Zinner).
To connect them we use electrical cables Olflex type and pneumatic polyamide cables.
