Filling system with portion weighing is a set of devices designed for sifting loose spice ingredients, filling the mixer, and receiving the finished mixture into buffer containers in the form of BIG-BAG bags prepared for delivering mixtures to technological devices during production.
Construction and operation of the filling system
1. Upper part: responsible for filling the mixer with the ingredients of the mixture. Consists of:
- Vibrating sieve
- Separating compensators
- Transfer pipes of the ingredients to the mixer
- Vibrating sieve docking station
2. Middle part: responsible for mixing the ingredients, dosing and receiving the mixture. Consists of:
- Ribbon mixer

- Screw feeder

- Mixer service platform
3. Lower part: responsible for pouring and weighing the mixture. Consists of:
- Base of the ceiling of the transfer pipe
- Power pipes
- Structure for mounting BIG-BAG bags together with a weighing system
- Power compensation and sealing system
