Our mobile production line is a modern and comprehensive solution that allows for the automatic construction of large-size tanks directly on the construction site. Thanks to many years of experience and cooperation with companies from our group, we have developed a technology that allows for a significant reduction in the implementation time and reduction of the costs of tank construction.

How does our mobile line work?
After delivery and set-up, the device enables automated production of individual tank shells, and then their connection and assembly into a finished structure – without the need to use a crane.

Vertical unwinding of sheet metal from a coil for thicknesses of 3 – 8 mm
Possibility of producing cargs from sheet metal with thicknesses of 8 – 12 mm
Arc forming and preparation of elements for assembly
