Dispenser is a device that separates raw material from the carrier (water) and doses stone fruit (apples, pears, etc.), berries or root vegetables before the screw feeder in order to ensure optimal demand for the transported raw material.
It consists of a structure that directs the product to the dispenser wheel and then doses and separates the product from the carrier medium, which is water. The dispenser wheel is driven by a gear motor, the speed of which can be regulated using a controller. Changing the wheel speed causes the product to be dosed appropriately. There is a sieve behind the dispenser wheel that separates water from the product.
