Construction and operation of the chute system
The spice mixture ingredients are poured into the pockets of the coarse vibrating sieve, then through compensators and transfer pipes connected to the vibrating sieve they are transferred by gravity to the vibrating conveyor.
Depending on the component being poured, the vibrating sieve has the ability to change the operating frequency, which can be adjusted independently for several components or manually set the operating frequency on the potentiometer.
The vibrating conveyor, through a discharge pipe, feeds the raw material to the buffer hopper. Under the ceiling, on the discharge pipe, a magnetic detector is placed, which is used to detect ferrous and non-ferrous metals in the transported bulk materials.
The raw material entering the buffer hopper is free from contamination. Min/max sensors are placed in the hopper, indicating the level of the mixture. From there, the raw material goes to the mills, where it is ground.

We provide full technical support and after-sales service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
