Project no. POIR.03.02.01-18-0028 / 18 mon. “Increase in the competitiveness of RStechnology Adam Rachfał by implementing a significantly improved production service in the field of manufacturing heating and cooling jackets in heat exchange structures and systems, especially with high capacity and pressure requirements”.


The aim of the project is to respond to the market demand related to the lack of durable, heating and cooling coats resistant to high pressure, adequate for high-pressure and high-capacity structures, by implementing RStechnology Adam Rachfał results of R&D works and introducing a significantly improved production service in the form of production of heating and cooling jackets dedicated to high-pressure and high-capacity structures and systems used by the metal sector and directly by the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and HVAC industries (heating, ventilation, air conditioning). In order to achieve the above-mentioned the effect of the Project implementation RStechnology plans to:

  • acquisition of construction works,
  • purchase of machinery and equipment as well as intangible assets,
  • carrying out preparatory work for the commencement of the production and sale of a new product.

The innovative service will contribute not only to the reduction of capital expenditure incurred by industries for the purchase of ineffective heat exchangers, but will also have a positive impact on the environment and the implementation of the principles of sustainable development, including thanks to the economical production process.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under sub-measure 3.2.1 Research for the market, the Intelligent Development Operational Program for 2014-2020.

In the fourth quarter of 2021, RStechnology completed the project and started to provide a production service in the form of the production of heat exchangers, i.e. an innovative heating and cooling jacket dedicated to tanks, in particular high-pressure and high-capacity tanks.
