How does the implementation of an industrial project at RStechnology proceed from design to installation and commissioning?
Implementing an industrial investment requires technological knowledge, experience, and the careful coordination of numerous activities. Whether we’re talking about a new technological line, a process installation, or a single device, the coherence of the entire project is paramount – from the initial concept to commissioning and failure-free operation.

Step 1: Needs analysis and technical audit

Before we begin work on a project, we thoroughly analyze the specific client’s needs. At this stage, we focus on understanding the technological process, product type, expected performance, and investment goals—both short- and long-term.
We then conduct a technical audit and analyze the existing infrastructure, taking into account the constraints of the production facility, available utilities, and formal and sanitary requirements. Step 2: Technological concept and design

We then select appropriate technologies and equipment, design the installation layout, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Step 3: Production and prefabrication

The production and prefabrication of installation components is our next step. At RStechnology, we have our own production facilities, allowing us to fully control the quality of workmanship and deadlines.
We manufacture stainless steel equipment (food mixers, bioreactors, juice machines), prefabricate pipelines and structures, and conduct testing and quality control. All components are prepared in accordance with design documentation and applicable standards, which also shortens the lead time.
Step 4: Installation and integration at the customer's site
– one team, one person responsible
Once prefabrication is complete, we handle transportation and logistics. Assembly is handled by our own, experienced team of fitters and welders. This eliminates the hassle of multiple subcontractors. We integrate all system components, perform welding and assembly work, and ensure a seamless connection between the new technology and the existing plant infrastructure.
Step 5: Start-up, testing and commissioning
The final, most important step is commissioning the installation. We conduct process tests, optimize operating parameters, and verify system performance under production conditions. We train target operators, provide complete as-built documentation, and support the client during the initial period of operation to ensure predictable and safe operation of the installation from day one.
