Comprehensive Welding Project Execution Process

During the visit, the students were introduced to all stages of project execution at RS Technology. We discussed in detail:

• analysis of requests for quotation (RFQs) and selection of optimal technological solutions,
• preparation of welding procedure documentation,
• implementation of projects into production,
• supervision of quality and repeatability of welding processes.

This allowed participants to see how the knowledge acquired during technical studies is applied in a real industrial environment.

Welding Technologies and Stainless Steel Fabrication

During the meeting, particular attention was given to modern welding methods. The students became familiar with:

• selection of welding technologies depending on material and quality requirements,
• methods used in stainless steel fabrication,
• welding procedure qualification processes (WPS, WPQR),
• planning of welding operations in a production environment.

We also discussed the integration of CNC and welding processes, which is a key aspect of modern industrial manufacturing.

Practical Knowledge and Exchange of Experience

The visit was not only a presentation of processes but also an opportunity for substantive discussion and exchange of experience.
Participants actively engaged in conversations, asking questions about technologies, production organization, and career paths in the industry.
