Technological tanks for the fat industry

One of our latest projects is the comprehensive construction of 19 process tanks for a plant in the fat industry. The project encompassed the full scope of work – from concept and design, through production, to logistics and delivery of the finished equipment to the investor’s facility.

This type of investment requires not only advanced engineering knowledge but also experience working with demanding process media and knowledge of applicable quality and safety standards.

Process Tanks Tailored to Demanding Media

The designed and constructed tanks will be used for storing and handling media used in technological processes in the fat industry, such as:

• glycerin

• glycol

• methanol

• process acids

Each tank was individually tailored to the process parameters, media type, and operating conditions of the installation. The design solutions used ensure high chemical resistance, durability, and safe and comfortable operation in industrial environments.
